Spring 2007

For some bizarre reason, Katie-bear continues to get larger and larger in the new year. She is sitting on her own and eating solid food. Dean thinks the whole feeding thing is the cause of her growth, but Mags won't let him stop doing it. Here are some new pics of Katie's first sping at Muddy Dog Acres.

Katie Eats!

Katie was introduced to solid food (well semi-solid) in January. As you can see, she dove right into the concept. No, she literally dove right in. The messiness problem was solved by deciding to feed her naked...much like her dad.

Katie Sits!

Katie so enjoyed eating naked she decided that was how she wanted to spend as much time au natural as possible when she's hanging around the house...again, much like her dad. We'll give you a moment to clear that image from your mind.

Katie Travels!

Now that she's no longer breast feeding we had to find a new use for Mags. Happily, katie now allows her mom carry her all around Muddy Dog Acres. It's hard work for her, but Katie thinks it worth it to have her mom feel useful.

Katie Lounges!

Sometimes a girl just needs a break. When Katie gets just plumb tuckered out from eating, sleeping, pooping and getting carried wherever she needs to go, she enjoys hanging out under a tree with blanket and her three-pronged rattle of doom.

Katie Bathes!

What words can you really add that will improve on these pictures of a baby girl happily bathing in her duck? How about "Future Blackmail Photos"?
